INTERNATIONAL KUNDALINI YOGA INSTRUCTORS TRAINING – LEVEL 1 (KRI) 2026
With the purpose of training certified instructors who can effectively and authentically share the teachings of Kundalini Yoga according to the standards of the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI). This introductory level provides a solid foundation in techniques, philosophy, and practices to guide students on their path of personal transformation.
Course language Spanish, with simultaneous translation available in Hungarian, Italian, and English.

The programme covers theory, asana practice, breathing techniques, meditation, and philosophy, combining in-person and online learning to suit your needs. Upon completion, you will receive official certification, enabling you to teach Kundalini Yoga worldwide.
